I use this patch with no probs whatsoever (but then that's no help and others
have said the same thing)

I have heard that the '060 version of HSMaths causes this problem. It's also
possible that other patched libraries may. I'd suggest re-installing the
original libraries and trying again. If it works, re-install patched libs one by
one until you find the culprit
